Who doesn't love Vegas? The lights, fast-paced action, and delightful people watching are enough to keep us busy for days. And we didn't even mention the food...the FOOD, or the enticing shopping outlets and premier luxury stores. There's something for everyone in Las Vegas.
Vegas is constantly changing. New buildings arise in a matter of months. New hotels, hot spot dining, and casinos emerge. Here are some of the latest:
Dream Hotel Group Las Vegas plans to open its flagship hotel in 2023 with a focus on boutique style 450 room space with restaurants and spa for a curated experience.
Resorts World Las Vegas is finally open with over 3400+ rooms and a whopping $4 billion budget. Check out the performers headed here soon.
Fontainebleau Hotel is still in the works after a decade of disruptions. At 3700 rooms and the tallest building in Vegas at 700 feet, you can't miss it. Set to open 2023.
Some of the favorite spots to eat include:
Bellagio's Prime Steakhouse. If you get there early (around 5pm) ask for dining on the patio. It's first come first serve and you'll be dazzled by the famous water fountains whilst you dine at table. Proper attire required.
Gordon Ramsey's Burger at Planet Hollywood puts a fun twist on a traditional favorite. The truffle fries are fantastic.
Wolfgang Puck's Spago is a delightful restaurant with spectacular fountain views as well. Brunch menu is wonderful.
Downtown spots:
The Golden Nugget recently underwent a major renovation and people seem to love the rooms. Downtown boasts cheaper gambling, outlet malls, and zip lining through the skies.
Pizza Rock is a fan favorite for the best pies in town.
Zip Line down Fremont Street for an experience you'll never forget.
Planet Hollywood was fantastic for my last trip. The location of Planet Hollywood was perfect in the middle of the strip. It was an easy walk to most of the famous strip picture stops. Room and pool are pictured below and I was super pleased with the service.
